Since 2008, Fundaseg has focused its efforts to finance part of the insurance industry's Financial Education Program and the Sustainability School.
This financing comes from returns generated by the investment portfolio managed by a third party. It should be noted that the Foundation does not have employees or physical assets; it is managed by a Board of Directors, whose members are mainly Fasecolda's directors who do not receive any economic compensation for their work. The functions of this Board include defining the programs to be developed by Fundaseg, monitoring them, and approving the organization's budget. Members of the Board meet three times a year.
